A troll with the handle @ablackflowxr has been suspended on Twitter because of The Cavemen.

24 hours ago, the aforementioned troll quoted another Twitter user to share his opinion about the Nigerian Highlife duo, The Cavemen.

In the tweet majority of its reactors considered an “hateful” comment on the artistry of The Cavemen, the troll harshly condemned the Highlife twin as very “terrible musicians”. He claimed their attempt at Highlife is an error in the history of the genre.

Those who lashed back at the user defended The Cavemen with views that the duo have only successfully actualized the rebranding of Highlife with a unique blend of what is now generally considered the Alte sound.

While the reactions poured in for the troll, it seemed some fans reported the unidentified troll account because the account has suddenly been temporarily suspended by Twitter. Twitter claimed the user violated one of their policies.

Trace, an entertainment TV channel, rode on the trend to question the troll’s perception of The Cavemen as “mid” while, in the same instance, they promote the singers’ concert taking place in Lagos on December 23rd.
