Uprising Nigerian Afrobeats singer, SGM, has finally released his debut album titled Music is a Therapy on January 22nd, 2023.
The album which contains 9 different tracks has five different producers namely Dammo, Airmax, T Blade Beats, Dimmybeats and Controversial Success on the production roaster.
The 9 tracks on the album tracklist include Tu T’appelle, Capless, Abegi, The Shit Song, Jazzy, Just Like Davido, Sadé Adú, Knoe and Daughty.

The only feature on the album came on the fourth track titled Jazzy; the track has collaborative contributions from one of the youngest Nigerian rappers, Knix.
The album was released alongside its lyrics book which harbors lyrics, notes and fun facts about each of the track on the project.
