Bayanni replies Ruger calling his colleagues’ songs a noise

Bayanni, one of the acts signed under Mavin Records, has replied to Ruger’s controversial tweet.

Ruger, earlier today, tagged all the songs released in the industry this week “a noise”. His colleagues at Mavin Records had released a joint single titled Won Da Mo. Tiwa Savage, a former act under Mavin Records released a single featuring Asake too. Wizkid will also release his awaited album this week.

At the time Ruger threw the bombshell at his colleagues in the industry, it stirred reactions from the audience who condemned him for being a “clout”. However, a horde of others appraised his ability to cause a controversy.

Ruger has been very controversial in the later half of 2022. The singer has targeted insults at BNXN and Kizz Daniel respectively at some points on the internet months ago.

Fans suggested Ruger’s downplay of the musical efforts put out this week is pointed at Mavin Records. There has been a lasting conspiracy about Ruger and Don Jazzy, the head of Mavin Records.

Bayanni, a newly inducted member of Mavin Records who also had a verse on the new joint effort of the label, took to Twitter to ask his fans who Ruger was referring to. He wrote:

Sam George Mac is a music journalist known for the reviews of several music albums and songs. He is a singer and songwriter of Afrobeats, Dancehall, Highlife and RnB with the stage name SGM — a graduate of Mass Communication from The West African Union University, Cotonou.
